Define project obj, goals, cost & timeline. Prep project status reports. Upgrade & mod s/w & cyst. Recruit, hire, train & sup IT staff. Req: Masters in Comp Sci, SW/Comp Eng or Accntng or foreign equiv. This may be sub w/ a Bachelors Degree or foreign equiv in the above stated majors + 5 yrs of exp in the job offered or rltd position.
